Meditation

A very easy way to start :
Find a place you feel comfortable and where you won't be disturbed.
Turn off the phones.
Sit in a comfortable chair or place.
Feet can be grounded on the floor or folded if you're comfortable in this position.
Place your hands on your knees, palms facing up
I like to listen to music , and it doesn't make a difference what type you choose as long as it is your choice.
Breathe in deeply through your nose to a slow count of 4
Hold for a slow count of 4
Exhale through your mouth to a slow count of 4
Hold for a slow count of 4

Repeat as many times as you feel you need.....

Then let your mind go....if it goes back to the everyday problems just bring it back in .

This is very simple and it works...practice makes it easier and you'll go deeper each time.

Be patient with yourself
