I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays.
Ours was perfect.... A beautiful day and we spent time outside enjoying the calm day....cloudless blue skies and in the evening we sat around the fire outside letting it chase away the chill....

We did get to travel and visit family in another state and leave in a few hours to head south to see more. We experienced snow in one visit and this one will enjoy the sunny days

Nothing is better (for me anyway) than to get to see my family...that really is what is important.

Christmas eve we drove around to see the lights...that was something I hadn't done since the kids were young and it was as good this time as I remember it was then...yes, they're young men now but that didn't make it less magikal. My oldest sons birthday was yesterday.....25 years old

Watched football today...the meinike bowl...WV won!!!! Yeah, I'm a fan....

New moon tonight...a time to start new things.....begin and watch things grow....nurture your dreams.....

A new year will have begun before I return....make it a good one!
