 Justice usually appears when you must make a reasoned and thoughtful decision.  Deliberate carefully before reaching any conclusions. A card of balance. Examine your conscience and consider the other person's point of view .
In legal proceedings matters will proceed in a fair  manner. Justice will prevail in the end. An impartial third party may help in bringing about a fair outcome. If someone has wronged you, you will receive an apology. If you've acted unjustly you are about to face the consequences.

Reversed:
Being judged unfairly. Unfair treatment. Injustice. Delayed justice. Lack of commitment. False accusations. Refusal to apologize. The wrong decision. Bigotry. Bias. Legal problems. Taking the law  into your own hands.
Someone involved in making a decision about you  may be prejudiced in the matter. Your over confidence or lack of commitment  is working against you.. Stop sitting on the fence for fear of upsetting others.
