Question is about  their new business:
 First thing I see is your fear may be holding you back in certain areas. Holding on when you need to be letting go.  The words I get are "Hard work pays off". Sound money management and financial security is coming your way. Ride through the lean times and just keep moving toward your goal. Make sure  you put everything in writing.  Even from those close to you .
Don't be afraid to take risks...and getting to learn to delegate some..you're taking on all I see a good business sense  and willingness to work hard ...... I see security coming from this and material gain.
Oh, and look out for some type of gift or inheritance.

Also...listen to your intuition. when meeting someone or receiving an offer that something just doesn't feel right, trust yourself there
I see you have a "steel trap" mind so little gets past you. Your independence and analytical ability help you  here.... You tend to go it alone..nothing wrong with that just remember to let others do what you have them there for
I see you standing up for yourself...standing your own ground...defnding your reputation  in some area. Your position is strong....

Again I see a fear of failure..we all have that sometimes and going out on your own intensifies this for you.
I get progress through balancing opposing forces.
You have such a clear drive and determination. Your sense of will and sense of purposewill enable you to come out on top. Make a firm resolution and  you will come out on top .
