Changes
I know I keep talking about change ....how small changes can lead to big things...and I'm going to again today 
One thing, the tv in my bedroom isn't working. For years I never had one on there because it intruded on my private space...my relaxing and sleeping ....and other things
I've been sleeping better...I read more, I keep my room neat again and I'm meditating more than usual in my space....
I've limited my time online....I don't sit in front of the computer for hours anymore. I haven't missed it too much. The forums and sites I spent so much time on were cluttering my life...I'm not missing anything by keeping my time short on the computer. I still keep in touch, do my work and I'm on with my day.....
I began an exercise routine on March 3rd. This is a huge change for me lol
I can already see changes in my body and it's only been a short time! This is exciting for me and I look forward to this each morning. I have a friend who I'm training with (online) and we keep each other going.....it's interesting that we both only want to shape up...not lose weight. Funny how the universe works isn't it?
I'm doing some serious spring cleaning....I've lived in our home for 15 years and all the clutter accumulated became overwhelming...even though it's been in closets and the attic. I go through my clothes yearly to give away what I haven't worn that year but.....I had no idea just how much "stuff" was hidden all around. This is something that also takes the "clutter" out of our lives.....
I'm eating better....I make sure I eat breakfast, drink lots of water (coffee only in the morning) and I can tell a difference in my energy level and in my attitude
I haven't missed tv....all the shows I HAD to watch never enter my mind.... Our home feels comfortable.....no baggage to tie us down and it feels great....
