I had talked to her about a year and a half ago...she called for a reading and I saw what was going on in her life. The calls came often (no, I didn't charge her )
She was struggling in her relationship...most call about relationships but this one was different....domestic violence was the problem here...

I talked to her many nights and days. The abuse had escalated.....
Yes, I was going through DV myself but not really aware of it....I was making excuses for my partner too...
I'd hear myself tell her what to do and wonder why I wasn't taking that advice.
and I'd make excuses...like she did....
I even talked to my partner about her situation and he'd agree that no one should be in that environment....
and he was glad I was trying to help her....

I just heard from her daughter tonight. She is out of hospital and doing ok....
Her husband is in jail...again....
and this time he'll stay for a much longer time...

Her head injuries will heal...the bleeding in her brain was stopped....
She's afraid....she's lost everything...again....
The womens shelter is helping her....
